Design and Access Statement

This document explains the development vision for Dallington Grange as well as the design proposals for the site. In addition, it creates a framework which will form the basis of more detailed design proposals. This document also sets out how the consultation process was instrumental in developing the design of Dallington Grange.

Statement of Community Involvement

The Statement of Community Involvement sets out the engagement activities with the local community, and the feedback received. It also makes recommendations for changes to the design of the development based on the community’s input.

Health Impact Assessment

The Health Impact Assessment helps identify and consider the potential, or actual, health and wellbeing impacts of the development proposals on a given population or community. Having identified the impact on health and wellbeing, the document makes recommendations to enhance positive affects and remove or minimise any negative impacts.
