Welcome to Dallington Grange

The consultation to shape the masterplan for Dallington Grange and make suggestions for improvements to the wider area has now ended.

Over 600 letters and more than 52,000 leaflets have been distributed to the local community to keep them informed of the activities and encourage them to take part in the process.  The consultation has allowed us to speak with over 500 Northampton residents though our exhibitions in June and September 2006 and workshops in July 2006.

The feedback received from the consultation has been incorporated into the masterplan proposals for Dallington Grange, which have been submitted to West Northamptonshire Development Corporation.

Persimmon Homes and David Wilson Homes will be working with West Northamptonshire Development Corporation and Northampton Borough Council to create a plan for the wider framework area, for example the regeneration of Park Square and other new facilities in Kings Heath.  The development of Dallington Grange can help achieve this.
